RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

Return / Exchange claims must be reported within 10-15 days upon receipt of goods. Please call in to get an approved authorization number. Please ensure that each box returned is marked with that given Return Authorization Number. All returning boxes which have not been pre-authorized or marked with assigned return number will be refused. No altered merchandise will be accepted (i.e. printed, dyed, try-on etc.). The customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned garments. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Sample orders are not returnable.
All clearance sale items are final. - No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Exceptions.
* Refund credit will be issued within 5-10 business days from the time the warehouse receives order.
 

WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect upon receipt that all merchandise delivered matches its order or for any defect. All returns based on wrong items received or any claims of defect must be made within 15 days from the receipt of merchandise. Merchandise altered in ANY WAY will not be accepted (i.e. label removed, printed, dyed, worn, washed, etc.). An approved Return Authorization Number from Kavio! must be obtained by the buyer for any returned merchandise. Kavio! will pay for the return shipment of wrong or defective merchandise by issuing the buyer a pre-paid shipping label. Please ensure that each box of returned merchandise is marked with the approved Return Authorization Number. All returning boxes which have not been pre-authorized and/or are not marked with the approved Return Authorization Number will be refused. For the re-shipment of replaced merchandise Kavio! will use the same shipping method that was used on the original order from the buyer. If the buyer chooses to use an expedited shipping method for re-shipment of replaced merchandise, the expedited shipping cost with be the responsibility of the buyer.
