That is why we’ve provided simple details & instructions regarding orders, shipping & returns. Please select your preferred shipping method prior to placing orders to ensure a timely arrival.
*Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed on the following business day.
*Orders place Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday (except for major holidays).
*If an item is out of stock, we will contact and notify you within 24 hours of your purchase.
Due to COVID-19 and Staffing we are not able ship same day.
Standard delivery orders will usually arrive within 4 to 7 business days, following order & credit card verification.
**All shipments will be shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Kavio guarantees that all of our products are 100% first-rate quality and packed with the utmost of care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow these return instructions and we will gladly refund your purchase in a timely manner.
Kavio will gladly refund your online purchase if you are unsatisfied or have defective merchandise and item(s) is unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Items must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date.
1. Prior to returning the merchandise, please email our Customer Care reps at [email protected] with the following information:
a. Invoice Number
b. Your contact information (Name, Phone #, Email, Address)
c. Description of returned merchandise (INCLUDE: Style #, Color & Size)
d. Brief reason for the return
2. You must obtain a return authorization.
3. Place return items into a box and put return authorization outside the box.
4. Clearly write the invoice number on the box for faster processing.
5. The original invoice must be included along with a copy of the email. (Please make a copy for your personal records.)
6. Send the returned item(s) to the following address:

*Customer is responsible for postage of return. We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking numbers as Kavio will not be responsible for any missing/lost returns.
**Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping and processing of your return.
***Free Shipping Offer Returns: A $5 fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each garment if initial purchase was granted free shipping due to special offer.
*All clearance sale items are final. - No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Exceptions.
Unfortunately at this time, Kavio does not offer exchanges. We highly recommend that you return the merchandise you wish to exchange following the return instructions above and submit a new order for your new merchandise.
